Pastor Adam is an ordained minister. He holds a Degree in Speech Communication, a Masters Degree in Theology, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. He attended Iowa State University, Rhema Bible Training College, Life Christian University, University of Dubuque, and Regent University.
